The Opportunity:

The Institutional Sales Project team is one of three teams in the Marketing and Analytics group in FI’s Institutional Group. The role's focus is project coordination and completion of firm and strategy questionnaires, for institutional investors around the world.  Collectively, the Marketing and Analytics group provide sales and service support for our institutional prospective and current clients globally.

The Institutional Sales Project team runs point on completing in-depth questionnaires (RFPs), for prospective and current clients around the world, with the goal of highlighting our capabilities to support the investor's needs. You'll play an essential part in our sales and service efforts by creating these deliverables. Institutional Sales Project Associates are also responsible for maintaining information on Fisher investment strategy. You'll report directly to your manager who will aid in your training and professional development.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Complete detailed proposals for institutional investors discussing Fisher history, organization structure, and investment process and strategy specific details
  • Communicate with departments across Fisher to provide our prospective and current clients and consultants detailed Fisher information
  • Maintain online databases containing Fisher and portfolio information used by prospective clients and consultants worldwide
  • Provide internal operational and data support for our Institutional Group
  • Collaborate with teams across Fisher including: Senior Management, Research, Institutional Relationship Managers, Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, IT, and more

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate written communication skills regarding complex concepts
  • Have experience and demonstrate project management skills and capacity to prioritize work
  • Have a service oriented mindset with desire to support our global growth
