Are you curious to learn more about Fisher’s Institutional Group? This 5-week educational program is designed to help you walk away with an understanding of who we are and what we do. The Institutional Bridge is a great opportunity to deep dive into Institutional’s mission, sales process, team structure, types of roles we offer, and much more!
Bridge Program Overview:
Fisher’s Institutional Investments Group (FIIG) works with Institutional Clients throughout the world. Clients include Pension Funds, Charities and Endowments, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Offices and more.
Institutional BRIDGE is a virtual 5 week course designed to facilitate an understanding of Institutional’s mission, structure, teams and roles. We are seeking participants who are self-driven, project-oriented, and client-focused; and are interested in exploring a potential fit for a future role in the Institutional group.
What to Expect:
- Attend 9, one hour sessions over a 5 week period
- 7 sessions virtual classroom training, 2 panel discussions with FIIG Employees and Leaders
Desired Qualifications:
- Have a strong desire to learn
- Are organized and able to handle assignments with unique characteristics
- Are collaborative and detail oriented
- Are quality focused
Employees participating in Institutional BRIDGE are required to have one or more years of experience with Fisher, and must be in good standing in their current role, and receive a recommendation from their manager.
