Bridge Program Overview:

Are you curious to know what it takes to be a successful sales person at FI? Do you want more control over your earnings potential? Are you motivated to help us better the investment universe? If so, Inside Sales may be the next step in your career path.

Our Private Client Sales Group is building an industry-leading sales development program and our Inside Sales Bridge Program is an essential part of how we can identify and develop future sales leaders.

We are seeking ambitious, results-driven candidates who have an interest in helping clients and driving firm growth.

What to Expect:

Inside Sales Bridge classes will begin August 26th.  Should you have interest in participating in this bridge, or an interest in sales, please submit your interest by EOD August 15th.

6-week program with a 3-4 hour commitment each week focused on developing full cycle sales abilities such as taking a potential client through the entire education process from initial discovery to becoming a new client.

The program offers: 

  • Live shadow sessions with both ISP Is and ISP IIs
  • Mock meetings with members of Inside Sales management
  • Round tables with top Inside Sales People

We will provide coaching and feedback along the way so you can make adjustments to your sales approach. You'll also develop a greater sense of what it takes to become a successful full cycle sales person at FI.

Characteristics of past successful inside sales people: 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Success in prior roles with a track record of high activity levels or strong demonstrated work ethic
  • Client-Facing experience
  • Results driven attitude

Desired Qualifications:

    • 2+ years tenure at FI
    • Series 65 license preferred (will be required in role)
    • TL/GVP Approval
