The Opportunity:

The High AUM Client Services Senior Program Manager (HAUM CSPM) works in the office and leads and manages a variety of complex and sensitive responsibilities, tasks, and projects within the High AUM group. The HAUM CSPM partners with HAUM ICs and groups around the firm to help design and achieve a variety of complex solutions that are unique to the HNW and UHNW clients that we serve. You will also be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for these complex solutions internally, and externally if needed to present to our clients.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Travel/Virtual Resource for Complex Scenarios
    • Available for in-person travel nationally or virtual settingsfor new and existing clients, high opportunity prospect scenarios
      • Also available for in-person CD/IC Large Opportunity Process involvement
      • Review of >$10mm non-trading relationships with HAUM IC service pods
    • Be the main bridge between complex FP and PMG solutioning
  • Financial Planning & Unique Capability Needs
    • SME of all PWM/FFO FP services - experience with the providers, pricing and processes
      • Communicate process changes and updates, along with newly added/expanded capabilities
      • Primary point person and strategist to help in 'what if' scenarios, navigating protocols and understanding each available resource
    • MGP SME, continuing education resource
      • Additional QC resource to ensure accurate quality and output from HAUM driven plan creation for complex situations
    • Advanced lending lead internally, working directly with custondian lending teams for complex scenarios
    • PWM/FFO Financial Services Network lead for vetting and setting warm referrals for PWM/FFO clients
  • Portfolio Management
    • Internal SME on all portfolio solutions - suitability, pricing, how to position, training and client facing collateral
      • Will liaise directly with PMG personnel on solution building 'what if' modeling
    • Be the 'expert in room' (virtual or in-person) to introduce unique MIP solutions, single stock concentration custom approaches, complex multi-year strategy deployments
    • Influence firm approach on investment strategy development and deployment

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • 4+ years’ experience within PCG Client Services
  • Consistent track record of success
  • Experience in overseeing and direct projects or initiatives
  • Experience with delivering presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
