The Opportunity:

Client Development is seeking a high effort leader with proven success developing client-facing teams. You will coach, train, and support CD VP results while contributing to initiatives in areas of lead flow, HC development, VP efficiency + more!  Client Development works with existing US PCG clients, providing customized analysis and general retirement planning guidance in order to deepen the client’s relationship with FI through additions and referrals. The Client Development TL will oversee a team of Client Development Vice Presidents who are working with clients on additions and referrals.  They work closely with the CD GVP on sales training, group-wide communication(s), VP business support, strengthening group relationships with IC, CSA and PEG. 

The Day-to-Day:

• Interview CDVP candidates and execute new hire training
• Conduct annual training, coordinate ride-alongs and other development opportunities for existing CD VPs
• Coordinate internal resources to support client and VP business needs
• Travel with CDVPs to gain deeper understanding of their process
• Coordinate broad communication to CDVPs and other groups such as IC
• Direct Manager for CDVPs enforcing credit and lead allocation guidelines

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years FI management experience in either sales or service
• Demonstrated excellent judgement and decision quality
• Deep understanding of service and RFYI guidelines
• Strong interpersonal skills, including communicating with various levels of management and roles within the firm
• Proven leadership qualities, excellent at coaching and motivating others
• Ability to navigate different areas of the firm
