The Opportunity:

If the answer is yes and you are looking for opportunities for personal and professional development then the A/GTG (Associate Sales Manager) role for France may be just the right opportunity for you.

PCGI GTGs play a key role in supporting and developing our sales professionals, driving the expansion of our business in order to reach our ambitious goals. Working directly with salespeople and in collaboration with multiple partner groups you will be responsible for identifying and driving improvement opportunities throughout the sales and client onboarding cycle to drive organic growth. 


The Day-to-Day:

  • Internal dedicated contact for sales people supporting all areas of their business
  • Drive funding performance through identifying and executing opportunities to improve processes and support Client Services and Salespeople in finding solutions to funding challenges
  • Analyse sales metrics and sales person meetings with prospective clients to identify and deliver coaching needs to sales people
  • Regularly review salesperson business pipelines to identify and resolve sales process bottlenecks and help more clients hire Fisher
  • Advocate for salespersons to enhance and improve support levels they receive
  • Support the development of new salespeople in achieving successful starts to their Fisher careers

Your Qualifications:

  • Have a core understanding of Sales and Sales Processes
  • Are disciplined and motivated to meet challenging goals and deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Enjoy problem solving especially whilst dealing with multiple partner groups
  • Maintain an extremely positive and inspiring attitude and outlook
  • You are an engaging communicator and can connect with a variety of audiences, including communicating with multiple levels of management and a wide variety of partner groups across Fisher
  • Prior direct selling experience either at Fisher or a previous job is a plus, but not required)
  • French language skills are preferred
