PCGI is looking for someone who can build rapport across cultures, garnering positive feedback from managing directors and the sales force on your interactions and support.
The Day-to-Day:
- Own the relationship with your assigned Managing Directors and Salespeople.
- Assist Managing Directors and GTGs with overseeing and recommending weekly lead assignment to ensure all leads created by Marketing are being effectively allocated to the sales force.
- Provide operational support and training for all sales systems and sales-related process to the sales force. For example, current Sales Support Specialists hold regular support calls with their assigned salespeople to ensure they understand how to effectively use systems to manage their leads.
- Assist in developing/optimizing sales-related operational procedures to improve the sales process.
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide critical support to the sales force abroad.
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrate proactive communication—you’ll be accountable for frequent and consistent communication with salespeople and management, with the ability to appropriately elevate to management when necessary
- Feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity—you need to be able to quickly adapt to a variety of situations and requests from all levels of management and PCGI salespeople
- Consider yourself highly detail orientated—you’ve got the ability to identify discrepancies and areas for improvements, ask relevant questions, and elevate if/when needed
