The Opportunity:

The FIE Request for Proposal (RFP) team is one of three teams in the Marketing and Analytics group in Fisher’s Institutional Group. The role's focus is project coordination and completion of Fisher and strategy questionnaires for institutional investors. Collectively, the Marketing and Analytics group provide sales and service support for Fisher’s institutional prospective and current clients globally.

The RFP team runs point on completing in-depth questionnaires (RFPs), for prospective and current institutional clients, with the goal of highlighting Fisher’s capabilities to support the investor's needs. You'll play an essential part in sales and service efforts by creating these deliverables. FIE RFP Associates, Specialists, and Analysts are also responsible for maintaining information on Fisher’s strategies. You'll report directly to your manager who will aid in your training and professional development.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Complete detailed proposals for institutional investors discussing Fisher history, organisation structure, and investment process and strategy specific details
  • Communicate with departments across Fisher to provide prospective and current clients and consultants detailed Fisher information
  • Maintain online databases containing Fisher and portfolio information used by prospective clients and consultants worldwide
  • Provide internal operational and data support for the Institutional Group
  • Collaborate with teams across Fisher including: Senior Management, Research, Institutional Relationship Managers, Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, IT, and more

Your Qualifications:

  • Enjoy learning about capital markets and Fisher investment philosophy
  • Have demonstrated written communicative capabilities regarding complex concepts
  • Project management experience and capacity to prioritise work
  • Have a service oriented mindset with desire to support Fisher global growth
