The Opportunity:
The Client Programs Group is charged with strategically planning and executing in-person and digital events across the globe. We host tens of thousands of attendees annually and are constantly looking for new ways to educate and engage our clients, improve efficiency, evolve our strategy, support the business and deepen our impact.
As one of our Client Programs Team Leaders, you will build on your already strong leadership skills as you oversee a diverse group of dedicated Associates and Analysts who plan and execute different events and tests. You will oversee and seek to evolve the many operational and logistical steps needed to strategize, organize, execute and measure our array of programs. Further, you will enhance your qualitative and quantitative analytical muscle as you track the impact of your team, dream up new ways to enhance the client experience, and assess client feedback.
The Day-to-Day:
- Hire and motivate a growing and diverse team of highly engaged and committed employees
- Daily planning and execution of event operations, confidently problem solve, and serve as the face of the firm when engaging with clients in person
- Maintain a firm handle on event efficacy and success which includes monitoring important metrics, understanding client, host and employee feedback, and periodically traveling on site to events
- Work with essential groups around the firm, and be successful in working with various levels of management
- Help support and maintain the unique, positive, supportive culture that has been emblematic of Client Programs for two decades
Your Qualifications:
- Have a strong desire to develop and lead a diverse team
- Show proven operational and process management skills, both in managing and challenging the status quo
- 1+ years of successful management experience at FI or elsewhere
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Can use quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and be willing to further develop them
