Bridge Program Overview:

Are you a high performing US PCG employee who is interested in taking on an additional challenge? Do you enjoy talking about financial markets and Fisher’s investment philosophy? Please consider becoming a host for our digital and in person client events! 

Employees from all over US PCG have been presenting at our client events for decades, and clients who attend our events terminate at a much lower rate than those who do not. Join Host Bridge and fine tune your client communication skills, while progressing towards hosting events. This class is open to US PCG employees and starts in June.

What to Expect:

• 2-3 hours weekly commitment, 8 weeks total
• Answer common client questions in a small group setting, and receive feedback from existing hosts
• Candidates are expected to practice on their own as well
• GVP and TL approval is required before requesting to join
• Participation in US PCG Client Programs Host Bridge does not guarantee an offer

Desired Qualifications:

• Have capacity to participate in US PCG Client Programs Host Bridge
• Willing and able to host events on a quarterly basis, in addition to performing core responsibilities
• Ability to effectively discuss markets, economics, and Fisher’s strategy and philosophy
• Strong communication skills in both video and in person formats
• Series 65 registered

• What makes you qualified to discuss markets, portfolio strategy, and Fisher’s philosophy with groups of our clients?
• Are you registered with your Series 65?
• Is there anything else we should consider when making our decision?

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on eligibility, performance and manager feedback. You may not receive an invitation to participate and participation does not guarantee additional opportunities.
