The Opportunity:

The Workforce Analyst works in the office and is responsible for analyzing human capital and workforce related data, and supporting projects and programs within their group. They analyze data, write reports, and create data visualizations to support ongoing workforce analysis for the firm. They develop and own data projects, test and measure success related to workforce analytics, and based on the learnings of these tests, consult with peer groups to recommend changes in process, structure, and/or workflow. The Workforce Analyst will design and implement reporting and data analysis solutions to track and interpret the key metrics of a given workforce's progress towards business goals.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Analyze and provides insights using complex datasets
  • Manage a program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting the business requirements
  • Manage all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
  • Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • At least 3 years of Fisher Investments experience preferred
  • Highly developed qualitative and/or quantitative skills required
  • Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • SQL and/or Power BI experience a plus

Compensation:

  • $95,000 - $130,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
