The Opportunity:

The Client Service Operations group plays an essential role in providing seamless operational support for our clients.

A successful US PCG COP TL is high-minded and customer-focused, always understands the importance of servicing clients, supports metric-based accountability, and develops human capital to achieve results on their team and within department. TLs support firm’s future talent by embracing associates into firm culture and developing them at an individual and team level. TLs also build breadth and depth in themselves through their daily activities by managing complexity, partnering with internal groups, and collaborating with others across the department. You will grow in this position as you learn to oversee workflows, develop your leadership skills, and embrace new challenges. The Day-to-Day:

  • Develop strong relationships with partner groups, including Investment Counselors, custodians, and other support groups around our organization
  • Troubleshoot complex operational issues for our clients
  • Coach the individuals on your team to bring out their best, providing support as they learn the landscape of the role and boosting the performance of your team over time
  • Oversee quality and efficiency of workflow for team members, ensuring we always put our clients' interests first
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and evaluation of new associates
  • Act as a resource, providing guidance to team members in goal setting and professional development
  • Ensure we are remaining compliant in an ever-changing regulatory environment
  • Guarantee client service guidelines are met through oversight, supervision, guidance and reporting

Your Qualifications:

  • Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about developing human capital to ensure team members meet both their career goals and the organization's goals
  • Have a results-driven mentality while holding yourself and others accountable for meeting client needs
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interface with various management levels and both internal and external partners
  • Comfortably manage complexity in a rapidly-growing, highly-nuanced environment with composure
  • Have the ability to step up and address difficult situations with a sense of urgency

Compensation:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback.
