The Opportunity:
The US PCG Client Operations Data and Analytics Team Leader (US PCG Client Ops DA TL) oversees and manages a team focused on analyzing COP and OC data for trends and problem areas to drive quality improvements.
The Day-to-Day:
- Interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates to hire
- Managerial responsibilities include participating in disciplinary actions and terminations for direct reports
- Mentor and train direct reports. Ensure daily business support needs are met
- Manages all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
- Works onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Oversee the planning, staffing and execution of complex and sensitive projects within the COP and OC group; uses judgment and experience to innovate and support efforts to generate new ideas within the group; directs team and group meetings, activities, and presentations; participate in management meetings to plan projects and initiatives, assess the strengths and weaknesses of new COPs and OCs
- Use creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by reviewing data design and analysis; approve metrics to be analyzed; define, calculate, and validate models, review and approve results of analyses and provide technical support on complex analyses including predictive analytics
- Manage the development and implementation of reporting solutions by partnering with stakeholders to ensure their data needs are met while ensuring consistency and coherency of output; review and approve results; ensure data reports, visualizations and Power BI dashboards meet established standards
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years of FI experience and management experience preferred
- Can lead change while managing complexity and coordinating across multiple departments under tight timelines
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influence skills, including comfort interfacing with multiple levels of management and an affinity for storytelling with data
- Excellent problem solving and judgment; able to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Baseline understanding of dimensional modeling
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & Access: Power Query, Visual Basic Application, Pivot Charts, Querying, Data manipulation, advanced functions & formulas, etc.
- Data Visualization (preferred): Experience with data visualization software such Power BI or Tableau, including the ability to write Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
- Data Analysis and Reporting (preferred): Experience managing and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
Compensation:
- $90,000 to $120,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
