Our Talent Sourcing team is the tip of the spear when it comes to filling our most critical hiring needs.

The Opportunity:

As a Talent Sourcing Analyst you will monitor and report on talent sourcing strategies and metrics. You will conduct and leverage market research to support the team leader in developing new sourcing strategies and resources. You will work closely with business unit leaders to recommend and implement solutions. You will use the depth of your knowledge to support process improvement. You will report directly to the Talent Sourcing Group Manager.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Help develop and implement proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
  • Leverage market intelligence tools by conducting market research to drive and support our recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Monitor and reports on talent sourcing metrics and trends via multiple reporting platforms
  • Identify potential process improvements and recommend solutions to management
  • Help the Talent Sourcing Team establish and maintain team resources and library for greater recall and documentation

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of Fisher Investments experience; 4+ years preferred
  • Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
  • Subject matter expert on various sourcing databases and platforms (LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, Eightfold, iCIMS, LI Talent Insights, etc.)

Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.

  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
