The Opportunity:
The Talent Recruitment Specialist has a passion for early talent lead generation through university partnerships. You will be responsible for engaging and managing the relationship with regional universities, strategically planning and executing events and partnering with various student organizations and clubs to host professional development workshops and information sessions. Additionally, you will evaluate universities, events, and programming for efficacy and efficiency.
The Day-to-Day:
- Nurture and build meaningful relationships with dedicated university points of contact to provide lead generation for early talent hiring goals
- Host strategy calls with university partners for the upcoming or current campus recruiting season to align event planning with hiring needs
- Strategic planning and execution of university events
- Use data to evaluate efficacy and efficiency of universities and provide recommendations for enhancements
- Identify creative ways to engage with early talent
Additional responsibilities may include:
- You may also be responsible for on-site support with the Summer Internship and Junior Associate programming
- Select candidate evaluations while on campus
Your Qualifications:
- 1+ year with Fisher Investments
- Available for seasonal travel (January - March and August- October) for campus recruiting events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Eager to learn or build on recruiting/Talent Acquisition experiences
- Strong operational and process adherence
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $80,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
