The Opportunity:
The Talent Attraction Team Leader will lead a team that supports sharing the Fisher Difference, playing a crucial role in connecting external candidates and current employees with global career opportunities. You will find operational efficiencies and leverage data to continuously improve candidate experience. Along with your team, you will stay informed of emerging recruitment marketing trends and champion improvements to our internal and external hiring practices.
This role is part of the Talent Attraction and Operations group, which has a wide range of responsibilities that support our hiring efforts, focusing on marketing, operations, data and analytics, and technology functions. You will report to the Associate Vice President of Talent Attraction and Operations.
The Day-to-Day:
- Oversee a wide variety of recruiting channels, like FisherCareers.com, our candidate blog, employee referrals, social media, email marketing, candidate marketing materials, and more
- Collaborate with many teams throughout Global Human Capital, most closely with our Talent Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, as well as internal partners including Legal, Corporate Communications, Technology, and more
- Maintain and nurture important external vendor relationships that support our career websites, email marketing functionality, and more
- Oversee the inflow of project requests, manage team capacity, and ensure projects are prioritized and completed appropriately
- Support the team in content creation, sharing meaningful employee stories and experiences
- Oversee the editorial process and ensure a consistent brand voice
- Expand our recruitment marketing reach by learning new skills and evaluating trends to improve our existing processes and strategies
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with experience in marketing operations
- A proven track record of managing complex projects, workflows, and operations
- An ability to troubleshoot operational issues, collaborating with others to fix root issues and educate groups on new processes
- A focus on using data to make impactful decisions
- A curiosity for marketing, a passion for ongoing learning for yourself and your team, and excitement to share careers at Fisher
- A desire to serve internal partners through education, process improvement, and problem solving
Compensation:
- $100,000-$140,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
