The Opportunity:

Global Marketing is the lead generation engine for the Private Client Group. The Strategy and Planning Group in Global Marketing ensures the engine runs like a well-oiled machine. As a Strategy and Planning Analyst, you’ll play a core role in generating quality leads to our sales force by executing direct response and nurture marketing campaigns across multiple countries in our Global House Email channel.

As a Strategy and Planning Analyst, you’ll manage daily operations to ensure campaigns are running accurately and as planned. In addition, you’ll analyze and forecast results, collaborate with our internal creative agency (“fishtank”) to develop new ad campaigns, design and iterate numerous email tests and work with the Marketing country teams to meet global lead flow goals. This is an excellent foundational opportunity in Global PCG Marketing with ample growth opportunities.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Forecast and monitor performance, analyzing data to gather learnings and troubleshoot unexpected results.
  • Setup marketing campaigns to ensure performance is attributed accurately and as intended.
  • Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement those solutions to improve results.
  • Work in a cross-matrixed organization partnering with creative, fulfillment, analytic, technology, finance, and legal/compliance teams.
  • Help on a wide-range of projects, including creative execution and development, and work closely with other internal partners.

Your Qualifications:

  • Are eager to learn (or build on existing) direct response marketing skills.
  • Comfortable managing complex processes, especially new and different ones.
  • Have exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment demanding flexibility and creativity.
  • Can prioritize workload across multiple tasks and projects.
  • Can analyze and manipulate data sets in Excel.
  • Have a desire to drive results and meet performance goals.

Compensation:

  • $75,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

**Will consider adjusting the role to Project Manager level based on qualifications and experience**

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback. Those who meet the hiring manager’s requirements will be moved forward in the process by participating in an interview.
