The Opportunity:

The Institutional Senior Program Manager works in the office and is responsible for defining and executing goals and objectives to support the human capital and operational FIIG initiatives. This person will oversee cross-departmental initiatives and is responsible for the oversight of all details associated with the execution of the initiatives. They will have authority over Team Leaders and Program Managers, with respect to assigned initiatives, to ensure commitment and follow-through.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of strategic operational enhancements and human capital initiatives and communication plans to improve the success of the business unit
  • Using expertise, assesses FIIG human capital and day to day operations business needs, determining appropriate solutions while managing desired outcome against conflicting priorities and cost measure
  • Manages the implementation of solutions, which may include the creation of complex
    business processes or programs
  • Manages resources and oversees group personnel to ensure a successful execution of initiatives
  • Identifies, builds, and tracks applicable metrics to evaluate success of projects and initiatives
  • Oversees and provides expertise for the development of training materials for functional areas across FIIG
  • Provides ongoing support and supplemental development of FIIG Team Leaders through one on ones and action plans
  • Responsible for ensuring improvement of workflows, operating documentation and training materials
  • Interviews, evaluates, and recommends candidates to hire
  • Managerial responsibilities including participating in disciplinary actions and/or terminations for direct reports, as appropriate
  • Mentors and trains direct reports. Ensure day-to-day business support needs are being met
  • Manages all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
  • Works onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
    3-5 years experience with FI with a track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to identify needs and design effective solutions with simultaneous attention to mitigating risk
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of employees and executives
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion
  • Ability to initiate change and manage varying priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take ambiguous issues, challenges, projects from proposals to plans

Compensation:

  • $90,000 - $120,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. For any questions, please reach out to the hiring manager.
