The Opportunity:
The Portfolio Implementation Associate (Implementation Associate) works in the office and completes various tasks, ensuring portfolios are implemented properly and deviations from corresponding models are minimized. The Day-to-Day:
- Oversee assigned operational tasks to completion
- Identify, create, and develop documentation for group
- Support the growth of the business through various projects
- Follow group and firm policies and procedures
- Identify potential process improvements and recommend solutions
- Identify elevations and routes appropriately
- Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documents
- Work onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Implementation Associate: Implement recommended portfolio for new accounts and custom portfolios; perform maintenance on existing accounts; participate in portfolio shifts as necessary; create trade orders; monitors exception reports to minimize individual account deviations from model portfolios; help create and maintain performance measurement standards in relation to Implementation
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
Compensation:
- $55,000 - $70,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
