The Opportunity:

As a Portfolio Accounting Analyst, you will be instrumental in reducing risk, creating efficiencies, and revamping processes all tied to our accounting systems. This will involve learning our current processes and demonstrating ongoing problem-solving skills to adapt and alter them to the new technology. You will be given a high level of autonomy to analyze and improve processes along with being a resource for team members; providing guidance and monitoring for risk from inaccurate data. You will have the opportunity to work on high impact projects for any one of FI’s revenue driving businesses (US PCG, FII PCG, and Institutional).


The Day-to-Day:

  • Project management: Identify possible system and process enhancements, coordinate with the appropriate departments for implementation
  • Leadership: Help mentor team members and act as a resource for questions
  • Be a backup to the PA TL for operational and project management
  • Be the team liaison for firm wide enterprise projects
  • Perform operational responsibilities as required

Your Qualifications:

  • Thrive in a high autonomy environment
  • Have experience working on cross-team high impact projects
  • Have technical skills – MS Access and/or VBA knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $105,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
