The Opportunity:
As a PCG Support TL, you will oversee a large team of Junior Associates, along with other support staff. You will be directly accountable for managing significant volumes of support activities, ensuring appropriate work quality and professionalism. You will interface directly with our internal business partners to accurately project workload and ensure we are meeting our quality benchmarks and meeting the needs of our internal and external clients. In addition, you will have the opportunity to shape and build development paths for some of our newest employees as they explore full-time opportunities to launch their FI careers. You will provide feedback, coaching and guidance, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities as you inspire our next generation of FIers.
This role develops relationships within US PCG, and partners with TLs and VPs across the business to offer both regular, ongoing and/or ad hoc support—working with and through the team to accomplish different objectives tied to ever-changing priorities. PCG Support TLs also proactively identify needs across the business and help shape the strategic direction of the overall group.
The Day-to-Day:
- Provide daily oversight of the team, while also motivating and acting as a resource for employees
- Maintain high expectations for professionalism and driving group efficiency & results
- Partner with a variety of internal groups to resolve operational and service issues
- Develop human capital to prepare employees for their next roles at the firm
- Collaborate on group-level projects to improve training & engagement
- Drive constant process improvement, metrics tracking, and team performance
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrate flexibility, willingness, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Effectively lead others through ambiguous situations
- Have strong communication and time management skills
- You are passionate about developing employees and guiding them through the early chapters of their careers
Compensation:
- $80,000 - $110,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
