Are you looking for a role where you’ll have a firm-wide impact, get to work on projects, and support a team of Human Capital professionals? Then Organizational Development (OD) is looking for you! Become an OD Analyst to support Human Capital initiatives and our evolving business needs.
The Opportunity:
Organizational Development (OD) designs and deploys firm-wide Human Capital programs that measure and improve performance, talent, engagement and development.
As an OD Analyst, you will work with team members in OD and across Global Human Capital to provide support, such as communication, data collection, analysis, insights generation and systems administration. You'll be a trusted partner who collaborates on a variety of projects supporting Human Capital programs led by the Organizational Effectiveness (OE) group, including Performance Coaching (goals and Success Profiles), Talent and Succession Planning, Great Place to Work (GPTW), 360 Feedback and more!
The Day-to-Day:
- Co-lead OD program operations—Performance Coaching, Talent Planning, 360 Feedback, GPTW and ad hoc projects
- Create, monitor and execute project plans
- Understand and administer program systems, including testing, auditing and troubleshooting
- Design, export, analyze and distribute program reporting and metrics
- Administer and interpret surveys, creating presentations to analyze findings
- Develop resources to both the business and OE as we continue to enhance the employee and manager experience
- Collaborate across OE to support business requests and address their evolving needs
- Be an OD systems contact and a "go to" person for questions
Your Qualifications:
- Display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Demonstrate a sense of ownership about your work and can manage projects from start to finish (can break down work by creating task lists and timelines for yourself and others)
- Experience editing for clarity, grammar, spelling, consistency and accuracy with few revisions needed – can make a PowerPoint presentation, Word document or Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) spreadsheet presentable to higher-level leadership
- Can manage complexity – not just following instructions but being the one to create the instructions
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to make us better
- Interpret qualitative and quantitative information with minimal guidance
- No experience with Human Capital Management systems is needed (e.g. Workday, GPTW, Qualtrics, Korn Ferry) – we'll provide training on those systems.
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $105,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback. Those who meet the hiring manager’s requirements will be moved forward in the process by participating in an interview.
