The Opportunity:
Our Global Marketing Department is looking for an International Marketing Strategy and Planning Analyst focused on Japan. Located in U.S offices, reporting directly to the International Marketing Team Lead, you will work with other international marketers in addition to a variety of internal departments.
As an International Marketing Strategy and Planning Analyst, you will be foremost responsible for Fisher Investment’s marketing efforts in Japan, which will include performance analysis and reporting, campaign planning, offer and landing page development and testing. This is an excellent opportunity in Global PCG Marketing where you will set the foundation of Fisher Investment’s marketing strategy and promotional efforts for Japan.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead Japan’s marketing strategy, including campaign development and testing, performance analysis and optimization, content localization, and landing page development
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design and execute lead generation campaigns targeting prospective investors in Japan
- Conduct in-depth research on Japan’s competitive and financial landscape to uncover new content and business opportunities
- Strengthen our marketing presence in Japan by identifying digital and offline marketing vendors; support vendor onboarding and oversee testing efforts
- Manage key operational functions, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting, contract processing, and auditing
- Develop performance reports using marketing dashboards and regularly present key insights and marketing opportunities to Senior Executive Management
- Mitigate reputational risk by ensuring all marketing efforts adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements specific to the Japanese market
Your Qualifications:
- Eager to learn (or build on existing) lead generation marketing skills
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, written and verbal
- Comfortable managing complex processes and prioritizing your workload across multiple tasks and projects
- Is a nimble learner, with a test-driven mindset to uncover new opportunities and market insights
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with an emphasis on team connection and building
- Has experience analyzing large data sets, identifying key performance opportunities, and presenting them in a clear and concise manner
- Has a strong desire to drive results and meet performance goals
- Is a strong communicator and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally
Compensation:
- $80,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
