The Opportunity:

As an Institutional Associate Director, you will be a key asset to Fisher Investment’s institutional sales efforts. Your efforts will include calling and emailing decision makers at top global institutions to introduce Fisher and set meetings for our elite outside sales force. You will be partnered with a Sales RM to strategically oversee and build their territory. Some leads will have a long standing history and your focus will be on maintaining that relationship. Some leads will have an unknown point of contact and you will utilize sleuthing tools like LinkedIn to identify the key decision makers and get our foot in the door.

Prospecting won’t be your only focus however. The role also entails ownership of various projects/initiatives, providing top-notch service to your RM, scanning industry publications for news about our prospective clients, and more. With a handful of exciting expansion initiatives always happening within FIIG, your days will consistently include new and challenging tasks.

Thanks to your contributions, Fisher will have the opportunity to meet with decision makers at some of the world’s largest pensions, foundations, endowments and corporations and vie for the business of managing their assets!

The Day-to-Day:

  • Dialing and setting appointments for the Sales RMs
  • Managing the RMs’ territories and supporting their activity with the use of Salesforce CRM and prospect coverage reports
  • Learning the various Strategies we offer
  • Scanning industry publications for news about prospective clients, and opportunities to submit our capabilities to win business
  • Help with the creation and timely delivery of our Quarterly Reviews for our prospects/clients
  • Mentor other IADs
  • Present new ideas to Management to help increase efficiency within the role and the group

Your Qualifications:

Compensation:

  • $55,000 - $70,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback.
