The Opportunity:
This role is a great opportunity for a leader to make a significant impact to the firm and have a high degree of influence. This team is the only one of its kind and is relatively new, which means it is agile to change and ripe for iterative and transformational improvement. The team was recently re-structured to be more client-facing, and there is significant remaining opportunity to be more impactful to our clients, adapt the processes to the new tiered structure of PCG, partner with the IC group to plan for “The Great Wealth Transfer”, and find efficiency gains in a highly manual process.
The Day-to-Day:
- Drive results through monitoring and maintaining KPIs including retention, lag, internal and external client satisfaction
- Ensure Unparalleled Service in the Inheritor Services process; work directly with families as needed
- Coach and develop team members – currently 9 Analysts and 8 Associates
- Work with IC management, dedicated IS COP TL, CRT, and LCD to provide recommendations on managing ambiguous, complex, and/or risky client situations
- Identify staffing needs; interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates to hire
- Managerial responsibilities including participating in disciplinary actions and/or terminations for direct reports, as appropriate
- Ensure day-to-day business support needs are being met
- Manage all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- At least 2 years of FI experience
- Able to interface with various levels of management
- Excellent problem solving and judgment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
Compensation:
- $110,000 to $135,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback. Those who meet the hiring manager’s requirements will be moved forward in the process by participating in an interview.
