The Opportunity:

The Global Marketing Department uses high-quality creative, industry-leading content, targeted consumer insights, and sophisticated lead generation programs to help fuel growth for the firm’s Private Client Group (PCG). The Global Marketing Services Group (GMS), includes Fisher Investments’ internal creative agency, fishtank, which develops new and different creative concepts and formats for online ads, interactive calculators, web pages, direct mail, print ads, TV, and much more to drive marketing performance.

As Global Marketing Services Process Analyst, you will be part of fishtank’s operational and project management team, and will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and completion of creative projects and new initiatives. You will collaborate with the various marketing teams to understand stakeholder needs and business objectives, brainstorm creative solutions, and carry projects through completion. You will play a key role in making sure projects are executed on time and according to business requirements.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to support Marketing goals: lead brainstorm meetings, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor/summarize progress of projects
  • Communicate regularly with key project stakeholders
  • Manage workflow and prioritize projects and tasks to meet deadlines in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Engage with internal and external creative resources Manage communications, timelines, feedback, and budget
  • Analyze creative results and identify opportunities to optimize or improve existing creative tests based on performance for various channels
  • Ensure creative collateral has received the appropriate approvals and reviews before delivering to the final user
  • Follow appropriate policies and procedures as they relate to create development and archival

Your Qualifications:

  • Have 3+ years’ work experience
  • Have experience managing complex projects and enjoy driving initiatives forward
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are results focused and have a proven record of hitting deadlines
  • Have demonstrated success working independently on projects but can also thrive in a highly collaborative environment
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $90,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. For any questions, please reach out to the hiring manager
