The Opportunity:

Our Enterprise Risk Management group works to provide a universal framework, centralized monitoring, and greater transparency to inform risk-based decision-making across the firm. The ERM group supports Fisher in navigating the wide range of risks many companies face and helps us better control our destiny. We partner with business units across the firm to better understand the issues they are facing, help identify ways these issues can be mitigated, and create consistency across the firm in our approach to risk.

As a Data Management and Reporting Senior Analyst, you’ll help mature our data practices to enhance the reporting we deliver to senior leaders. This ranges from Key Risk Indicators maturation to risk dashboard development.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Leads development of new program initiatives and/or drives maturation efforts for existing initiatives
  • Identifies potential process improvements, recommends solutions, and implements solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
  • Collects and analyzes nuanced qualitative and quantitative data to support the identification and communication of risk
  • Designs, creates, tracks, and reports risk and production-related metrics for job-related activities
  • Designs, creates, develops, and delivers risk-focused reporting to stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Navigates ambiguous and complex scenarios to deliver risk-related insights to senior leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Develops and maintains documentation for newly developed processes and material

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Five or more years’ experience with data management and visualization
  • Project management and/or risk management experience preferred
  • Experience managing databases and transforming data to support clear and reliable reporting
  • Highly developed qualitative and/or quantitative skills required
  • Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experienced and comfortable working independently, with minimal direct supervision
  • Can adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software preferred

Compensation:

  • $85,000 - $120,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
