The Opportunity:
We are pleased to announce an opening for a new PCGI Correspondence and Resolution Team (PCGI CRT) Analyst. PCGI CRT has a wide set of responsibilities that reward mental agility and comfort with ambiguity. We aim to provide the firm with solutions that are best for our clients, the firm, and our employees.
As a PCGI CRT Analyst you will help Investment Counselors all over the world navigate complex service matters by leveraging your own experience, historical precedent, internal resources, and the collective knowledge of your peers. Your sound decision-making, effective communication, and creative problem-solving will guide various internal groups through complicated, sensitive, or unique service matters. You will work closely with TLs, GVPs, Law and Compliance (LCD), and Senior Management to brainstorm solutions and implement action plans.
You will also be responsible for drafting custom written correspondence on behalf of the firm. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and persuasiveness to multiple levels of management.
In this role you will strengthen your decision-making and evaluation skills and gain an understanding of competing perspectives. You will grow into the position over time, earning more responsibilities by demonstrating sound decision-making. You can expect to work with nearly every department in the firm, and to develop an extensive internal network.
The Day-to-Day:
- Independently investigate issues elevated to the team, identify solutions, implement action plans, and oversee resolution
- Draft and edit written communications for ICs, management, and LCD
- Act as a resource for TLs and GVPs
- Serve as a liaison between management and LCD, elevating matters between the two groups as appropriate
- Work with various managers to develop new processes, policies, and training to prevent future errors
Your Qualifications:

- Are comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong time management and organizational skills
- Have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Have superior knowledge of FI processes, investment philosophy, and market strategies
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $120,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
