This person will work throughout the organization to support our Learning and Development roadmap as they drive impactful training and development initiatives that align employees’ growth with the firm’s growth.
The Opportunity:
As a Corporate Learning and Development Specialist, you will use your expertise to coordinate, evaluate, communicate, and deliver consultant-level solutions in three ways: Business Unit Support and Training, Cornerstone (Learning Center) best practices and upskilling, and Training Awards applications. You will develop and distribute surveys from a variety of systems. You will help establish best practices while you expand adoption of our platforms. You will report directly to the Learning and Development Team Leader.
The Day-to-Day:
- Use your project management skills to coordinate, evaluate and deliver in three key areas: Business Unit Support and Training, Cornerstone best practices and upskilling, Training Awards Applications
- Develop project plans and execute on their delivery
- Collaborate with variety of partners on needs analyses, training solutions, and training evaluation
- Stay current in your field to act as a knowledge resource across the firm (CSOD & Training Evaluation)
- Create content and resources for training awards, evaluation components, business unit support and trainings
- Work with subject-matter experts and decision makers throughout the firm to create and deliver appropriate solutions
Your Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Fisher Investments or relevant experience
- Proven track record of success in previous role(s)
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $95,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
