Opportunity:

Our Compensation and Global Mobility team is at the forefront of expansion, meeting the firm’s ambitious hiring goals, driving change and running compensation and mobility programs that support the Fisher Difference. As the TL, you will manage a team that helps employees move around the world, learn critical aspects of the firm’s compensation model, and lead the team to provide great service across our organization related to compensation and mobility programs. There is a lot of opportunity here for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and partner with all levels of leadership to drive change and make a difference by helping the firm with its goals.

Day to Day:

  • Manage the Compensation and Global Mobility Operations and Service Team
  • Direct and guide the administration of both base and variable pay programs (domestic and International)
  • Lead the Team to provide administrative and operational support for the base pay and bonus planning cycles.
  • Manage, through the Team and our vendors, all aspects of domestic and international mobility/relocation processes to ensure the processes are effectively and efficiently meeting the business and employee needs while understanding the everchanging landscape of immigration around the world!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of basic Microsoft Excel functions
  • Have at least 3 years of managerial experience either at FI or prior to FI
  • Strong organization, time management and customer service skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and help change the future of FI in the compensation and global mobility space

Compensation:

  • $91,000 - $130,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
