The Opportunity:

The Client Learning Team Leader works in the office and owns qualitative research with US PCG from start to finish. This includes responsibilities such as determining the scope, learning approach, generating the data, analyzing it and delivering a recommendation for business changes. They manage a small team which creates and maintains learning channels such as surveys and interviews.  


The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversees learning requests from the business
  • Identifies potential process improvements and recommends solutions to management
  • Develops and implements solutions to improve the efficiency of US OCG Sales and Service
  • Completes various projects in collaboration with management
  • Responsible for mentoring and managing a small team
  • Works onsite, under the direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment
  • Conducts quarterly and other regularly-scheduled calls to clients and former clients; creates ongoing metrics and reporting to signal changes in the client experience; reporting finding as appropriate to management; recommends tests or solutions when appropriate; review written client feedback where available for additional insights; leads discussions with clients-facing employees in groups of individually; reviews prior client consumer-learning efforts and regularly interact with Consumer Learning and Marketing groups to build consumer understanding

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3 years of experience in specific field preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments
  • Highly-developed analytical ability
  • Strong familiaryity with change management and creative independent problem solving

Compensation:

  • $110,000 - $140,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. For any questions, please reach out to the hiring manager
