The Opportunity:

For the Client Development Data Specialist role, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, expanding their skill sets, taking initiative in problem solving and projects, and gets excited by working on tests/initiatives in a very dynamic group.  

The Day-to-Day:

• Running, updating, and fixing tools to support the CD group (e.g. CDVP lead flow, CDVP Commissions, CD Support requests, reporting, etc)
• One-off data analysis/projects/initiatives for stakeholders within CD
• Handling large-scale recurring reporting for stakeholders inside & outside of CD Group (ranging from CDVPs to D.O.).
• Support core operations work and auditing as needed, both to help the team and build business context
• Collaborate with external groups like IT, BPM, & DA

Your Qualifications:

• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and preferably VBA)
• Preferably comfortable with basic SQL
• Excitement to expand and learn new programs/skills (Excel, SQL, Visio, PowerBi with Dax, GWP)
• High attention to detail and organization
• Self-starter mentality for identifying problems/opportunities & coming up with long-term solutions

Compensation:

• $60,000 - $80,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
• Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. For any questions, please reach out to the hiring manager.
