The Opportunity:

As a Billing Technology Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support ongoing innovation, process improvements, and risk mitigation efforts. You will work closely with key subject matter experts on various teams across the firm and our software vendor to implement department-wide technology and process solutions. This is the job for you if you're naturally curious about how systems operate, can leverage your strong organizational and communication skills, and are looking to begin or continue a career in project-based work.

The Day-to-Day:

• Support configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of our billing technology ecosystem
• Assist in the triage, escalation, and prioritization of system defects
• Participate in prioritized projects through requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and stabilization efforts
• Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications, verbally or through written documentation, to various audiences

Your Qualifications:

• Experience using FI systems, such as Revport, Salesforce, and GWP
• Familiarity with our account and billing structures
• Proficient Excel knowledge and experience auditing large data sets
• Ability to manage complexity and coordinate across several departments under strict timelines
• Possess strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Compensation:

• $60,000 - $82,500 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
