The Opportunity:

As the Billing Operations Team Leader you will oversee one of three teams responsible for accurately billing our clients, submitting management fees, and completing client requests. In this role, you will work with multiple departments within Corporate Finance and throughout the firm to facilitate contract adherence, risk mitigation, and audit activities. The growth of the firm has resulted in both increased volume and complexity for our group and the ability to find and develop talent is essential to the long-term success of this team.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee the development and performance of Billing Operations Associates, Specialists, and Analysts, while ensuring accountability for strong business results
  • Support employee engagement and development programs, including the goals cascade and check-in processes, success profiles, career development plans, featuring targeted employee engagement and leadership development initiatives
  • Manage the assignment and completion of Billing Operations work
  • Foster results and innovation through metric-based reporting and analysis
  • Help identify problem areas that may serve as barriers to achieving goals or hamper efficiency
  • Service our clients by partnering with internal and external departments
  • Resolve issues through leadership, problem solving, and sound decision making
  • Participate in the hiring of new members onto the Billing Operations Teams

Your Qualifications:

  • Are a collaborative leader who can skillfully enforce adherence to operating procedures, policies, and key controls
  • Can be a point of escalation and ensure timely remediation of issues
  • Have exceptional communication skills to keep multiple groups and various levels of management continually informed
  • Can promote employee engagement and develop talent through training, feedback and coaching

Billing Operations deals with high volume, layered complexity, and change—successful candidates must demonstrate curiosity, resilience, and a positive attitude.

Compensation:

  • $95,000 - $125,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
